What is Paleo Manila®?

Paleo Manila® is Philippines' FIRST Paleo Door-to-Door Meal Plan Delivery Service. Dedicated to serving all-natural, healthy, delicious, and sustainable meals delivered right at your doorstep. Catering to various types of organizations, institutions and individuals all over the metro who aim for marked improvements in their overall physical and mental health and wellness, Paleo Manila® provides a convenient and sustainable solution by journeying towards a better quality of life.

Where are you located?

Paleo Manila® is a door-to-door meal plan delivery service brought to you by Threetop Group Ventures Inc (TGVI) a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the Philippine laws with our registered office at LGI Building, Ortigas Ave. Extension, Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Do you have physical stores or shops we can visit?

As of now, we don’t have a physical store customers can visit to shop. Paleo Manila® currently operates strictly by delivery-only. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know once we start opening up physical stores - hopefully soon!

What time is Paleo Manila® open?

Paleo Manila®'s website is available to accept your bookings 24/7 at your maximum convenience. Our office is officially open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, everyday from Monday to Sunday. You can still SMS or give us a call past those hours, and expect a response from our within 24-48 hours.

Are you open to tie-ups, speaking engagements, guestings, dealership and sponsorship offers?

HOW DO I BEGIN?

 

How do I begin my Paleo Manila® journey?
To start your journey with us, create an account via ’Your Account’ to sign up. Click on 'Order Now' to place your order. Select the meal plan program you'd want to subscribe for your meal plan and complete the information needed. You're all set for the best life decision you've ever made for yourself!
Do I need a Paleo Manila® online account to place orders?
When is the booking and payment cut-off?

Paleo Manila® strictly cuts off booking and payment during Thursday 11:59PM of every week. All slots that are not secured before the said date and time will be moved as priority for the next booking week.

Upon placing an order online and receiving an Order Confirmation email, is my slot already secure?

Paleo Manila®’s slots are done in a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. We apply the NO PAYMENT, NO DELIVERY policy to anyone who orders, yet payment status are still pending. Once we have received payment, you will receive an automated confirmation of your secured order via email for your desired weeks of booking. NOTE: We may, under certain circumstances, need to cancel your order and will be informing you of said changes. We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers at our discretion.

How do I cancel my Paleo Manila® order/s?

Subscription Periods, Suspension & Cancellation. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription, please let us know no later than two full working days notice. For requests to CANCEL your subscription later than two full working days before it was scheduled to start, we will endeavour to be flexible and consider your request at our discretion, giving a maximum 50% refund for days not yet taken for the ingredients have already been purchased and an additional of P1,000 CANCELLATION FEE for expenditure incurred (such as credit card, banking, administration or courier charges), we reserve the right to make reasonable allowance for this in any rebate that we may agree to make. If you would like instead to SUSPEND your delivery at any time during your subscription, we will endeavour to be flexible and consider your request at our discretion, provided that you give us at least two full working days notice. Where you have suspended your subscription, you will be given a suspension form where you will inform us of all the necessary details and when to resume your suspended subscription. Please note, that our standard SUSPENSION FEE of P500 will be charge but only limited to NEWBIE and CAVEMAN subscription. Warranties and Liability. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall: Exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation; or Affect your statutory rights if you are transacting as a consumer. Subject to the above paragraph, our entire liability shall be capped at the sums paid by you for our service during the relevant subscription period. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill. As we would still want you to make the most out of your meal plan thus as what we do with other clients when emergency arise, we are providing you FREE re-routing of your meal plan deliveries to any address you may wish to send your meals the rest of the week—anywhere within Metro Manila. We hope to receive your alternate delivery address with us before 3:00 PM the day before delivery, so we can ensure proper coordination and instructions to the logistics department to avoid delivery errors and mishaps. Lastly, for clients who would not be able to provide alternate addresses, know that we all be sending your Paleo Manila® meal plan set to a charitable beneficiary as for it not to go to waste.

What if something is wrong with my order? What if I forgot to add something to my order?

What if my order is missing an item?

Kindly refer to your menu to check if you have received all ordered items for the day. If an item (e.g. sauce, sidings) is indeed missing, kindly contact us at support@paleomanila.com

What is Paleo Diet?

The Paleo diet is one of the most sustainable diets there is today. Basically, the Paleo diet adheres to consume an all-natural Paleo diet for both men and women, so you're ensured your nutrition requirements are met. It prescribes a pattern of eating that mirrors the way your ancestors ate back (way back!) in the day. It is all about choosing quality foods, saying NO to GMO, food additives and chemicals. It brings us back to a pre-civilization, hunter-gatherer diet of meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. That means all gains from the agrarian revolution -- grains, dairy, legumes, salt and sugars -- are off the menu. What are the benefits of transitioning into the Paleo lifestyle?

If there's one thing about the Paleo diet is that it will change your mindset of sustainable, clean eating. Whether you are looking to bulk, lean out, just maintain and eat healthy, or look for the benefits of eating clean, you will not be disappointed. This diet simple goes beyond all the fad diets we have tried in the past. No more "bouncing back”. And when you experience the advantages and benefits yourself, you'll realize that the overall mental, physical and medicinal benefits surely outweigh the intricacies of the program. And as cliche as it sounds, though this time legit - it is not a diet, it's a lifestyle.

Is the Paleo diet a crash diet?

No crash diets, no pills, no withdrawals - just plain eating the way nature intended. Once you allow your body to get the nutrients it truly deserves, you’ll notice the big difference in yourself. You will realize that you can still enjoy eating out, enjoying desserts, and even enjoy buffets - it's all about the food choices you make.

How many calories are there in my Paleo Manila® meal plan?

Stop counting calories! Break up with your weighing scale, it just won’t work. With Paleo, we don’t calories because not all calories are the same. One pound of muscle actually weighs the same as one pound of fat, but stepping on a weighing scale won’t tell you that. Calories that come from junk versus health food affect your body very differently. A meal that consists 300 calories of potato chips, candy bar, or fast food does not have the same effect as 300 calories of quality vegetables and meat. So limiting your daily food intake to let’s say 1,200 or 1,500 calories without watching the kind and quality of food you eat won’t necessarily mean you’ll lose weight - especially in the long run. Choose a sustainable diet, like the Paleo diet, to see a fitter and better version of yourself.

Is the Paleo diet a restrictrive diet?

At first, it can feel like they are restrictions especially for someone whose daily nutrition depends on fast food, canned goods and processed goods, but as they get more familiar on the principles and actually feel the benefits of the Paleo diet in their system, they’re going to be the very ones who’ll clean out their pantry of unhealthy foods. Challenge accepted. You'll see that the benefits outweigh the intricacies of the program. Once you allow your body to get the nutrients it truly deserves, you’ll notice the big difference in yourself. You will realize that you can still enjoy eating out, enjoying desserts, and even enjoy buffets - it's all about the food choices you make.

How strict is your paleo plan?

Our paleo meals follow the 80/20 rule, wherein 80% of the foods we serve follow the strict paleo lifestyle, but we are still giving you 20% are still allotted for you to indulge in comfort foods.

What are the calorie ranges of your meal plan?

Although Paleo Manila does not recommend solely on counting calories as the most sustainable way to lose weight, our daily average calories ranges fall within the RENI (recommended energy and nutrient intake) allotted for healthy individuals who are trying to lose weight, maintain or bulk- up.

Paleo Manila® accepts all payments via Dragonpay, our official online payment solution partner. What type of payments do you accept?

Paleo Manila® strictly follows a "NO Cash/Check on Delivery (COD) system" to eliminate third party handling for your safety and security. The only available payment method is through bank deposit or bank transfer your safety and security. Once your payment has been verified and your account has been activated, you will receive emails from our system which will contain information regarding your booking with us, as well as confirmation for your slot on your desired week.

I'm trying to eat healthy and save time since I am very busy. Is Paleo Manila® affordable?

At just Php 150.00/meal x 5 all-natural, made-from-scratch gluten-free Paleo meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and (2) Snacks) for just Php 750.00/day, you can definitely say YES, it is worth it. YOU ARE WORTH IT. Our Paleo meal plans are priced reasonably and made fresh daily. In addition to affordability, you will not have to waste your limited free time going to the grocery store to plan and prepare your daily meals. You will be able to focus on all the other demands and responsibilities you have without having to worry about eating balanced and healthy. Let us worry for you about your meals and make your life easier.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

We offer base meal plans with two serving portions: standard and Paleo Plus+. For allergies, food intolerances or you’re simply a picky eater, we recommend having your meals customized.

What locations do you deliver to?

Paleo Manila® delivers ANYWHERE within Metro Manila. Can't find your location in the map? Get in touch with us and see if we can make special arrangements and deliver to you.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

As of now we are limited to Metro Manila however as per our clients' requests, we make special arrangements for you. For our provincial clients, with just a minimum of 10 pax per weekly booking, they try out services together. In turn having a stronger support community as they go along with their Paleo journey towards their best selves. Let us know if this is a feasible setup, email us at deliveries@paleomanila.com. We'd keep you posted on the next delivery map!we can't wait have you & your friends onboard with us next week.

Can I stop delivery for a particular day that week?

Can I stop delivery for a particular day that week? All Paleo Manila® Meal Plans requires a commitment from Monday through Friday. You would need to cancel for an entire week rather than one day. We have clients who may want to eat dinner out on a Friday night, for example, and prefer to eat their Paleo meal during the weekend. Most of our meals can be refrigerated up to 1-3 days, or frozen up to 3-4 weeks (depending on the meal) and maintain their maximum freshness and taste.

Can I put on hold meal deliveries if I go out of town?

Subscription Periods, Suspension & Cancellation. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription, please let us know as soon as possible. If you notify us at least a strict minimum of 1 WEEK advanced notice before your subscription was due to start, we will cancel your subscription and refund you the full amount paid by you less administration charge/s to cover our internal administration costs. For requests to cancel your subscription later than (2) full working days before it was scheduled to start, we will endeavour to be flexible and consider your request at our discretion, All meal plans can be put to a hold anytime as our clients may so wish, however with a strict minimum of 1 WEEK advanced notice before your subscription was due to start—wherein after the subscription and delivery has already started for the said week, ingredients have already been purchased and other expenditure incurred (such as banking and administration charges). As we would still want you to make the most out of your meal plan thus as what we do with other clients when emergency arise, we are providing you FREE re-routing of your meal plan deliveries to any address you may wish to send your meals the rest of the week—anywhere within Metro Manila. We hope to receive your alternate delivery address with us before 3:00 PM the day before delivery, so we can ensure proper coordination and instructions to the logistics department to avoid delivery errors and mishaps. What are your delivery schedules?

Every night, you will receive your Paleo Manila® Brown Bag that includes your breakfast, lunch, dinner plus two snacks. Paleo Manila® will deliver your package to you the day before every day of your subscription between the hours of 4:00PM and 9:00PM. In instances beyond control, sometimes our Paleo Manila® riders experience unavoidable delays. In these circumstances we respectfully request that you allow us to deliver until 9:00AM of the following day. Your Paleo meals will be packaged in a brown bag delivered to your doorstep. It is best to chill them ASAP upon receiving to preserve maximum freshness.

Do you deliver during weekends?

As of now, our subscription covers weekdays only, from Monday until Friday. We do not yet offer meals or deliveries on Saturday and Sunday, but we encourage clients to continue living the lifestyle with the Paleo Manila Meal Plan as the main guiding principle. Let us know via orders@paleomanila.com if you wish to be the first to know when we will be launching our 7-day Paleo Manila® Meal Plan programs soon!

Do you accept mid-week delivery?

All Paleo Manila® Meal Plans start from Monday through Friday. You would need to wait for the next available week, as we have limited slots and do not produce extra meals. All orders are finalized before the week starts.

Can I pick up my meals?

As of now, pick-up option is not yet available. We do not want to compromise your meals, and would be more than glad to deliver straight to your doorsteps to ensure food safety is followed from the moment your meals are dispatched, until it is securely received by you.

Do I have to be home for my delivery?

Since some of our customers are not home during the day, we follow your instructions on where/how to leave your meal plan. Some customers ask us to leave their Paleo Manila Mean Plan package at their front desk lobby, while others prefer that we take their package to a neighbor's house or leave it with their building's doorman. If you’d like to leave us delivery instructions, you can do so on the secure checkout page under “Notes to Paleo Manila rider.” No matter which choice, it is best to ensure it is refrigerated right away upon receiving. Paleo Manila will not be responsible for spoiled meals due to improper storage and handling.

Each week we prepare a new menu for you. Our meals are made from scratch - everything's homemade. Our meals are delivered fresh to you within the day of production for you to be able to consume the all-natural, fresh, perishable meal plan we have made for you as soon as possible.

How do you source your ingredients on your menu?

Paleo Manila®'s healthy, nutritionist-dietitian-approved & chef-approved meals using top-quality, fresh produce and ingredients are locally-sourced whenever possible.

Who is responsible for the creation of the Paleo Manila Menu?

Our humble kitchen is strictly supervised by our registered in-house food technologists to ensure you receive nutrition-dense, full-flavored Paleo meals that are ready to eat. Each meal plan is intricately designed by the company's in-house registered nutritionist-dietitians, in-house food scientists, and dedicated R&D team. By ensuring continuous development of our menu of all-natural, flavorful international cuisines that are and tailor-fitted to each health/wellness/fitness/aesthetic goals, medical condition, food intolerances and specific dietary needs, we ensure that we allow their systems to heal with our anti-inflammatory/autoimmune protocol-approved menu from inside out.

How often do you change your menu?

As most of our clients are monthly clients, The Paleo Manila® Team ensures that we do not offer repetitive cycles that tire your tastebuds. Aside from our long menu cycles, we ensure that we inject new seasonal recipes every so often to give you the best meal plan experience ever known!

How are vegetables prepared?

Our meat and produce are delivered to us daily by certified suppliers. It is processed and cooked within the day to guarantee freshness and to ensure food safety. We only use filtered water to clean our meats and produce.

What are your protein sources?

Our weekly menu is based on what is seasonal to ensure that we limit food waste and maximize nutritional benefits. The most common protein sources include beef, chicken, pork, lamb, fresh water and sea water fishes, seafoods, and more.

CUSTOMIZATION/S
Can Paleo Manila customize my meals according to my health needs?

YES, we can fully-customize your Paleo Manila® Meal Plan to cater to your allergies, medical conditions, strict dietary restrictions & food intolerances. Your meals will be regulated by our in-house registered Nutritionist-Dietitian. Our Fully-Customized Paleo Manila® Meal Plans are also fit for clients who wish to omit certain ingredients and types of food in their diet to ensure they get the best meal plan experience yet.

I have specific medical conditions. Can Paleo Manila® create custom meal plans to suit my doctor’s prescription?

Yes, we can. Paleo Manila® works with doctors to ensure your meals are customised especially for your optimum progress. However, if you have any health concerns regarding a specific medical conditions, it is still best to talk to your primary care physician. In any way, you should consult your doctor when making drastic changes to your diet.

Can I get extra protein added to my meals?

Given that our meals are base meal plans, we recommend that you subscribe to the Paleo Plus+ for heftier servings of proteins.

What if I have allergies?

We can customize our meal plans to cater to all food allergies and intolerances for your convenience.

FOOD
How do I reheat my food?

Your meals can be safely reheated in the microwave-safe containers provided. See your daily Paleo Manila® menu for more information about our recommended heating instructions for your Paleo Manila® meals. Meals are shipped in microwave-safe containers. Upon delivery, we advise to keep food refrigerated until ready to heat.

If you do choose to use a microwave oven, follow these guidelines:

• Loosen the clear lid on the container prior to microwaving.

• Place each item separately in the oven or microwave for 20-30 seconds on medium (except salads and other items that will be best eaten chilled)

• Stir to heat evenly and enjoy.

 

NOTE:

• Microwave ovens vary. Heating times may require adjustment.

• DO NOT leave cooked food at room temperature for longer than (2) hours.

• Also, save the containers! They’re microwave-safe! (not to mention - very useful, too. Our regulars would know!)

Is it okay to leave my food at room temperature?

Our foods are prepared and delivered fresh daily without any preservatives thus we highly recommend that it be stored under cool temperature storage prior to consumption.

How should I store my food to ensure its freshness?

Upon receiving your meals, it is best to refrigerate it at once prior to consumption.

Can I refrigerate my left-over food?

Since our foods do not contain any preservatives, it is recommended that you consume it in one- seating to ensure its safety and freshness. If it cannot be consumed entirely, kindly transfer it to a clean container and refrigerate at once.

What order should I eat my meals in?

Ideally our meals are planned out based on your daily energy needs. Thus we recommend that you consume it in their corresponding allocated time.

How is the food packaged?

Our meals are served in microwavable food containers that are reusable and eco- friendly.

 

WORKING OUT WITH PALEO MANILA®

 

Can I work out with Paleo Manila®?

Of course! Paleo Manila® promotes The Paleo Lifestyle, as it is the most recommended lifestyle for athletes. It provides enough energy for you to live your active lifestyle. We recommends a regular exercise regimen for best results & overall health. You can also check our Facebook page regularly and follow our Instagram account (@paleomanila) for tips on keeping a healthy, active and fit lifestyle.

How soon will I notice the results?

 

After (1) WEEK, you will be having a new appreciation for clean eating.

After (1) MONTH, you will find yourself consciously make better food choices.

After (1) YEAR, you will find that life got better—every waking moment. You'll look back and wish you started earlier. Weight loss results may vary and can be influenced by other factors, including your metabolic rate, energy expenditure, hormonal imbalance, diet (foods you eat other than our meal deliveries) and other preexisting medical conditions.

NOTE: It’s important to give yourself a full (30) days before passing judgment. Your body has to adjust from fueling itself on high glycemic carbs and processed sugar to burning your stored fat for energy, which can take a few weeks.

 

Can I freeze my Paleo Manila meals?

Yes, you can freeze your meals. Our Paleo Manila meals can last u to 3-4 weeks when frozen however note that not all meals have the same freezer life, and some dishes will not freeze as beautifully as others.

How many days does the food last?

Most of our meals can be refrigerated up to 1-3 days, or frozen up to 3-4 weeks (depending on the meal) and maintain their maximum freshness and taste.

 

NUTRITION

 

Is Paleo for Diabetes?

The carbohydrates, mainly fruits and veggies, in the Paleo diet are of a low-glycemic index, meaning that they cause slow and limited rises in your blood sugar and insulin levels. When followed correctly Paleo can help you stabilize blood sugar levels, as it does away with refined sugars. As there is no general diet for Diabetic, Paleo Manila can help you customize your diet that could fit on your dietary needs.

Is Paleo high in Fat?

Though Paleo Diet is known for mostly meat diet, the diet provides healthy source Fat such as nuts and oils and variety of fishes. These foods contain Omega-3 fatty acids that are thought to provide a wide range of health benefits, including a lower risk of coronary heart disease and improvement in cholesterol. This kind of fats are essential fats that our body can’t make them from scratch but must get them from food.

Can Paleo can help me improve my Blood Pressure?

In Paleo Diet, by using all-natural ingredients, you can avoid processed foods and foods that contain mostly chemical that causes unstable blood pressure. Processed foods have high sodium content that when consumed too much, holds extra water to “wash” the salt from your body, that may cause blood pressure to rise. Paleo Diet composes a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that contains dietary fiber that can help you regulate your blood pressure.

Can Paleo can help me improve my Blood Pressure?

In Paleo Diet, by using all-natural ingredients, you can avoid processed foods and foods that contain mostly chemical that causes unstable blood pressure. Processed foods have high sodium content that when consumed too much, holds extra water to “wash” the salt from your body, that may cause blood pressure to rise. What is Gluten and Gluten-Free Diet?

Aside from being All-Natural, Paleo Diet is also Gluten-free diet. A gluten-free diet is diet that excludes the protein gluten which is found in some grains like wheat, rye and barley. Eating a gluten-free diet helps people with celiac disease control their signs and symptoms and prevent complications. Gluten makes bread products chewy and gives them an elastic quality, so it is important to the making of baked goods like your favorite breads and doughnuts, there are some studies suggesting that gluten may have addictive properties making you crave for this products that contribute a lot on your weight gain.

Why No Grains or Legumes?

Although grains and legumes has protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, it is still not allowed in Paleo Diet. Despite having these nutrients there are more negative heath effects from eating grains and legumes than positive one.

As of the moment, Paleo Manila® does not yet offer catering services but do let us know how we can be part of your momentous occassions - we would love to hear from you and see if we can make special arrangements.

Can I offer Paleo Manila® meals as a gift?
